How it works
All sessions are 60 minutes and delivered online. Sessions can be weekly or bi-weekly. Scheduling is flexible and agreed around your goals, needs and availability. If you relocate to Ireland, you can opt-in for remaining sessions in person in Dublin or continue online.
Every programme is unique and the exact number of sessions may vary based on your goals, target roles, experience, needs. But you will always be free to continue or end the coaching and mentoring relationship.
Tools & Assessments
We have hundreds of tools, resources and exercises that boost our clients career journey from dreaming to designing and building the professional life they desire. Depending on where you are and what you want to achieve we invite clients to consider using the most appropriate tools. Exercises or assessments are entirely optional and offered simply as a support for reflection and clarity. You’re free to explore them in any way that feels right for you: fully, partially, or not at all. It’s an invitation to reflect in a more structure way and there is no expectations for anyone to feel committed to them.

Our coaches are qualified professionals accredited by ICF (International Coaching Federation), EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) and/or similar globally recognised organisations for professional coaching. We are committed to maintaining the highest ethical and methodological standards in supporting every client through their development and change journey.
Daniele is an ICF-ACC accredited coach, member of the Scrum Alliance (CSM), the Irish Team Coaching Circle, and PMI AgileAlliance. Before founding DADAKAI, he built over 20 years of experience in leadership, talent selection and development, and career growth across multiple industries and sectors. He has previously worked as a Microsoft Cloud Solution Architect, CTO, and Engineering Manager, leading hiring processes, performance evaluations, and HR, training, and people development initiatives. He has worked in finance, med-tech, legal, and organisations of all sizes, from innovative startups to large enterprises including S3, Escher, Mastercard/IBM Joint Venture, and Aruba.
