I’m Daniele, founder of Dadakai, ICF-ACC certified coach, and someone who’s walked the same path. I moved to Ireland in 2014 and built a fulfilling career across multiple industries and roles (software engineer, people manager, CTO, and executive coach) at Fortune 500 companies and tech startups. Over the years, I’ve contributed to impactful projects at Microsoft, Trūata (a Mastercard and IBM joint venture), Escher Group (supporting An Post), S3 Group, and others. This experience has given me a deep understanding of Ireland’s tech and corporate landscape, from large-scale digital transformation to hands-on software delivery, and complements the work I do with private clients from companies like Microsoft, PayPal, Accenture, Mastercard, Service Now, UN, and more. That lived experience allows me to offer not just coaching, but mentorship grounded in real-world knowledge, the stuff that doesn’t come from Google searches, ChatGPT or generic relocation guides.
